Set in a quiet and green neighborhood, KPL is shielded from the traffic of the nearby road, while its proximity to the main road provides quick access to the center. Kuzang Palchen Ling (KPL) is located in Dutchess County, in the mid-Hudson Valley in Upstate New York, across the Hudson River from the Catskill Mountains and a little west of the Village of Red Hook.
